Two FreshMuseAmp and Kendrick Nicholls of Two Fresh kicked it and talked about what is going on with Two Fresh and what's next for the duo.

Museamp: What are you currently working on right now?

Two Fresh: We're in the lab right now just makin new cuts, but look forward to a mix coming on www.elmandoak.com blog. Also working on a compilation of producers in Asheville including our solo music.

Museamp: What are you spinning/performing? Favorite artists?

Two Fresh: Jables, Bookworm, Alex B, Devonwho....Right now i'm spinning mostly my homies stuff if not my music

Museamp: Any more live shows planned in the near future?

Two Fresh: Yea we have a couple more gigs leadin up to our new years eve show In Minneapolis.  We'll be doing a night in NY and Chicago the 2 days before

Museamp: Current favorite VST plugin? Do you use it live?

Two Fresh: FM8

Museamp: What is your home studio setup like?

Two Fresh:  Laptop, maybe some headphones, maybe NX10s (never know), novation 37, midi keyboard, mpc 2000xl, vinyl, mpd32, and anything else I can get my hands on.

Museamp: Do you see yourself releasing music using more unconventional methods these days?

Two Fresh: Nothing conventional anymore..

Bio:

Two fresh consists of an inseperable pair of twin producers, Sherwyn and Kendrick Nicholls, who have been making beats and playing music together since they were fifteen years old.  Now only twenty, the twins are ready to release their first album entitled “The Baker’s Dozen”. This release contains a unique style of music combining elements of hip hop, jazz, soul, standout synth lines, creative sample chops, and heavy bass sections.
